Classes
Find your kind of movement.
Five ways to move in our Big Room, plus a sound bath to lie down for, all in small groups so you’re never just a number. Reformer is one to one, on three beds. We open soon. Leave us your email and we’ll let you know the moment classes go live.
Mat Pilates
Slow, controlled movement that builds a strong, steady core from the ground up. It’s the heart of everything we do.
- What to expect
- Breath-led sequences on the mat, small precise movements, and plenty of guidance on form. Low-impact, never rushed.
- Who it’s for
- Everyone. It’s the best place to start, whether you’re brand new or coming back to movement.
Be first to know→Yoga
Flow, breath and stretch. A chance to unwind the week, open tight hips and shoulders, and leave feeling taller.
- What to expect
- Flowing sequences that build gentle heat, held stretches, and a proper wind-down at the end.
- Who it’s for
- Anyone wanting to slow down, build mobility, or balance out stronger, faster sessions.
Be first to know→Boxercise
Boxing-inspired cardio that’s equal parts sweat and stress-release. Gloves on, week off your shoulders.
- What to expect
- Pad work and combinations, bursts of cardio, and a big endorphin hit. No sparring. Just you and the pads.
- Who it’s for
- Anyone after energy and a release. Combinations are called clearly, so first-timers keep up easily.
Be first to know→Kettlebells
Functional strength and conditioning with the kettlebell. Swings, presses and carries that build real, everyday power.
- What to expect
- Foundational lifts coached from scratch, working strength and heart rate together. Weights scale to you.
- Who it’s for
- Anyone wanting to get stronger. Every movement has an easier and a harder version, so all levels train side by side.
Be first to know→Circuits
A full-body mix of stations that keeps things varied and the time flying. Cardio and strength in one hit.
- What to expect
- Timed stations you rotate through, mixing bodyweight, weights and cardio. Different every week.
- Who it’s for
- People who like variety and want an efficient, full-body session that never feels the same twice.
Be first to know→Reformer
One to one on the reformer, not a group class. Your instructor works with you alone, setting the springs and the pace to your body.
- What to expect
- Springs, straps and a sliding carriage, set up for you and adjusted as the session goes on. Low-impact throughout.
- Who it’s for
- Anyone coming back from an injury, working around something that aches, or simply wanting undivided attention. Beginners very much included.
Read about reformer→Sound Bath
A guided session of sound and stillness. You lie down, get comfortable, and listen while the room fills with crystal singing bowls, chimes and drum.
- What to expect
- No movement and nothing to learn. Mats, cushions and blankets are laid out, the lights go down, and you rest while the sound plays around you.
- Who it’s for
- Anyone, including people who have never done anything like this before. It suits a busy head and asks nothing of the body.
